Fate drew us together at a yoga teacher training program, & our friendship has evolved from mentorship into collaboration.
This is our third retreat together.
Our content has shifted from the physical anatomy of the body to the essence of the human condition. Grounded in science, our work rests on a foundation of neuroscience and behavioral theory.
